Nicola Barke is a global transformation leader and an undefeated professional boxer whose career uniquely bridges two high-performance worlds: elite sport and international business.

Armed with a First-Class degree in Biomedical Science, she spent a decade leading major digital transformation programs for HSBC across more than 30 global markets. Parallel to her corporate ascent, Nicola built an extraordinary legacy in martial arts. Known in the combat world as "The Burmese Python", she is a two-time World Champion in Taekwondo and Lethwei (Burmese bare-knuckle boxing). Today, she is an undefeated professional boxer signed to Frank Warren’s prestigious Queensberry Promotions.
