I didn’t start out talking about customer experience. I started out delivering it.
For most of my career, I wasn't a consultant looking in from the outside. I was the person living the reality of complex, highly regulated organizations every single day.
I led contact centers and back-office operations. I spent my days working alongside frontline teams and engineers out in the field. I supported colleagues navigating emotionally difficult situations and helping vulnerable customers.
Through it all, my goal was always the same: helping organizations improve efficiency while still doing the absolute right thing by their people and their customers.
Noticing the Pattern
Leaders genuinely wanted to improve the customer experience. But the solutions were often disconnected from reality.
I would look at beautifully designed journey maps and strategic dashboards and think instantly: this won’t survive a bad day.
When systems fail, when volumes spike, when people are under pressure—that is when experience is tested.
Moore Engagement was born out of that frustration. A bridge between boardroom intention and frontline reality.

Today, I serve as a Non-Executive Director, Customer Experience Judge, and lecturer.
I work closely with boards, regulators, and MPs—challenging leaders to stay connected to what customers and colleagues are actually experiencing.
