Sue has spent 30 years shaping how customers are understood and supported, including 12 years leading major contact centres and operations in utilities. An early CX designer in the UK utilities sector, she created customer-centric journeys long before “CX” became common language.
Customer Immersion is her hallmark.
She has delivered around 1,000 immersion events, bringing customers into organisations and taking colleagues out into real communities, from vulnerable households to major B2B clients. Her work spans distribution, telecoms, healthcare, fintech, AI, and debt-collection services.
