As the co-founder of S-JAM Boxing, Sam has built a reputation not just for his sharp business acumen, but for his fierce loyalty to his fighters and his ability to navigate the complex, highly political world of professional boxing.

Sam’s story into the business of boxing is the ultimate lesson in hustle and self-belief. Years ago, recognizing the massive potential of 2016 Olympic Silver Medallist Joe Joyce, Sam took the ultimate gamble. He quit his full-time job, lived purely off his own savings without any major corporate backing, and went all-in on managing Joyce’s professional career. From sharing a pull-out bed in cramped training camp rooms to eventually guiding Joyce to the WBO Interim Heavyweight World Championship, Sam proved that taking calculated risks is the foundation of massive success.

Together with his business partner Adam Morallee, Sam launched S-JAM Boxing in 2017. The agency quickly became a powerhouse in the UK and US markets, representing an elite stable of fighters including rising heavyweight star Johnny Fisher, Solomon Dacres, and Lerrone Richards.
