Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking Statement
Introduction
Moore Engagement is fully committed to the principles of the Modern Slavery Act 2015
and to ensuring the eradication of modern slavery and human trafficking within our operations and supply chains.
Our Commitment
At Moore Engagement, we are dedicated to fostering a workplace that is free from discrimination,
exploitation, and any form of forced labour. We uphold a culture of integrity, respect, and ethical conduct toward all employees, partners, and clients.
As part of this commitment, it is Moore Engagement policy to ensure that all prospective employees are legally entitled to work in the United Kingdom
before any employment contract is finalised. We have established procedures to maintain a safe and supportive environment where staff can report any concerns
without fear of reprisal.
Supply Chain and Due Diligence
The services and products we offer are sourced from suppliers primarily based in the United Kingdom, with some from international suppliers,
including the United States. We take great care to work only with reputable suppliers who share our commitment to ethical practices.
Moore Engagement will never knowingly engage with suppliers or organisations involved in slavery, servitude, or forced or compulsory labour.
Our Actions to Combat Modern Slavery
To uphold our policies and commitment to combating modern slavery, Moore Engagement is undertaking the following measures:
-
Raising Awareness: We conduct regular training and awareness activities within the company to ensure all staff understand
the importance of combating modern slavery and human trafficking.
-
Risk Assessment: We continuously assess and monitor potential risk areas within our supply chains to identify any vulnerabilities.
-
Supply Chain Management: We are in the process of updating our contractual agreements with suppliers to include specific provisions
aimed at preventing modern slavery and human trafficking. These updates will be enforced either at contract renewal or through separate agreements.
-
Supply Chain Audits: We periodically review and audit our supply chains to ensure that our suppliers have adequate controls
in place to prevent any form of slavery or human trafficking.
-
Governance: Moore Engagement reports on the effectiveness of these procedures and our compliance with this policy annually.
Review and Reporting
This statement and the associated policies are reviewed annually to ensure they remain relevant and effective
in combating modern slavery and human trafficking.
